Return & Refund Policy
- Products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of your product's shipping date.
- Items must be in original packaging, in as-new condition with the packing slip or a copy of it.
- Full refunds will be given for returned merchandise, minus a 7% restocking fee to cover merchant and other costs.
No fees will be charged for defective items.
- International orders may be exchanged only when defective, excluding Canada.
- Please allow approximately 10 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at the warehouse.
- If you request a replacement, we will ship your replacement after we receive and process your returned product.
- You will be responsible for the return shipping cost of non-defective products.
- Lifetime guarantee is a manufacture's guarantee, and is valid with enclosed registration card.
